 OzHealth offers a free 10 minute phone consultation prior to each initial home visit to ensure that we are the right fit for each other. This ensures that when we do come, we come prepared to treat you and your condition to the absolute best of our ability.

 OzHealth ensures that all patients receive a detailed message after each consultation summarising all advice and exercises prescribed, as well as detailing the best next steps. We also guarantee a same day reply to any questions or concerns that may arise in between sessions to ensure that you receive the best continuity of care possible.

 Mobile physiotherapy allows for a direct assessment of your immediate environment, and any contributing or ergonomic issues can be identified. This allows for functional exercises and self management plans to be adapted to suit you, in your exact home or work environment.

  At OzHealth, we are passionate about helping older individuals maximise their function to stay happy, healthy and independent for as long as possible. As such, we are proud supporters of the Australian Government's Home Care Package (HCP) program, a great initiative designed to help older individuals live independently at home.

 At OzHealth, we understand that progressive, graded exercise is an important step towards a return to sport. That is why we are able to bring our exercise equipment to you. We travel with up to 140kg* in free weights, along with heavy duty resistance bands, to ensure that your needs are met, and that your progression is not limited to light resistance exercise. 


*Suitable space for gym equipment must be available.

 At OzHealth, we understand that a return to sport often requires a return to outdoors or on field training. Mobile physiotherapy allows for us to meet at your desired park or facility of choice, and perform rehab outside the confines of a regular clinic space. This enables rehab to be specific to your needs, and progressed at the fastest rate possible. The potential is unlimited.
